On the 1st anniversary of the Hicks’ death roughly 40 Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services members completed the inaugural WOD. The numbers aren’t without significance though. 11 for the month they left us November, 18 for the day, 21 for the year, and lastly 23 for Justin’s last fire station assignment.
